What's your ideal work environment?

The ideal work environment for me would be in a warm location with friendly and intelligent people, where we may work hard, but where a formal corporate hierarchy wouldn't squelch any casual social interaction.

I was an intern working on large-scale websites with ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server in Visual Studio 2003. It was my responsibility to create valid CSS templates from designer specifications, utilize DHTML for dynamic page functionality, and expand the C# backend to add additional features. Completed the basic CS and liberal arts courses, and took more advanced CS courses in topics such as Data Communications & Networking, Parallel Computing, and Database Concepts.
