Scheduling surgeries & procedures (scheduling a date with the patients, entering them in both Workflow & Outlook, sending patients pre-op/post-op instructions, completing surgery reservations & faxing them to the appropriate surgery centers, making sure all of the required instruments/equipment were available and ready for the surgeon in the operating room, confirming insurance approvals, arranging for pre-admission testing, confirming surgery dates/times with patients, etc.); downloading clinic notes into the patients' charts in Workflow; formatting dictated letters and mailing them; answering phones; making clinic/spa appointments; checking clients out in Leprechaun for the spa &selling spa retail (when necessary); giving patient surgery quotes & discussing financing; updating the website through its webmaster; answering emails, specifically those from prospective patients from websites; documenting patient correspondence; calling in prescriptions; ordering and keeping stock of breast implants....
