As an Executive Search Specialist working with some of the leading and most desirable banks in the northwest, Dan brings a calm, inquisitive, and personal approach to the process of assembling successful teams. His thorough consultation with client companies and understanding and relationships with top banking professionals allows him to build teams that will thrive, prosper, and generate equity for everyone.
The focus Dan brings to banks is one of achievement. For every project he creates model that will help banks identify the measurable performance characteristics required to meet strategic objectives. He then applies that model to identify bankers that can deliver the results in the short and long term.
Dan has a fifteen year background in Brand Marketing in the skiing and sports watch industry. With Fischer skis he created the Revolution, a shorter, easier to use cross country ski that forever changed the way skis are designed. Following that Dan spent ten years with Timex where he managed a variety of product lines including Timex Sports, Timex Ironman, Timex Expedition, Timex Advanced Products, and Timberland Watches.
A three time Olympic Cross Country ski racer and long time US Ski Team member Dan understands commitment and a focus on results.

Completed college attending spring and summer terms while traveling and racing with the US Ski Team and US Olympic Teams during the winters (Cross Country Skiing). What a great way to do school. I was able to pursue what I loved at the highest possible level while also completing college during the dryland training season. The U of O was great....
