Initially, I created the wedding portfolio for the Groom while coordinating with the Bride. When the Tuxedo department was moved from the lower level of the bridal store to a separate suite, I was promoted to manager. When styles changed, I became responsible for store-wide purchasing.

During my university experience with UOP I was working full time at Verizon, a husband, and father. Every course would include heavy reading, individual weekly and final projects, as well as one final team deliverable. Some of my most enjoyable experiences were working with teams, but at times the leadership either diminished or withdrew. Most times I jumped in and began delegation and coordination while completing my individual team responsibilities. (There were three courses which dwindled to myself and another.
