How would you describe your time at Verizon Communications?
In a call center environment, I am responsible for maintaining a high sales volume by reaching or exceeding four quotas. Duties include exemplary client education and stress management along with maintaining a working knowledge of corporate policies, State and U.S. tariffs.

How would you describe your time at Resort Condominiums Interna...?
Initial responsibilities included inbound call center sales along with customer education and stress management. Within six months I was promoted to coach/trainer for newly hired employees. During my 2nd and 3rd years with RCI, I was promoted to a position of managing ???stale??? accounts. From the winter of 1998 through the balance of my service, I was both on-call for and participated in emergency client placement. The latter were potentially volatile situations which, if not quickly diffused may have result in client loss and legal situations....

How would you describe your time at Deluxe Carpet Cleaning?
Initial responsibilities included high pressure telemarketing along with team coordination. After several months of exemplary sales I was asked to create and manage a quality control department. Additionally, I began the QC department at another office and trained its manager. As an administrator, I was not only responsible for approximately 50% of the office???s revenue but was a liaison between corporate management and the technicians. I was later promoted to a district manager which covered the offices of four states: St. Louis and Kansas City Missouri, Kentucky, Iowa, and Indiana....

How would you describe your time at La Merite Tuxedo's?
Initially, I created the wedding portfolio for the Groom while coordinating with the Bride. When the Tuxedo department was moved from the lower level of the bridal store to a separate suite, I was promoted to manager. When styles changed, I became responsible for store-wide purchasing.

How would you describe your time at University of Phoenix Online?
During my university experience with UOP I was working full time at Verizon, a husband, and father. Every course would include heavy reading, individual weekly and final projects, as well as one final team deliverable. Some of my most enjoyable experiences were working with teams, but at times the leadership either diminished or withdrew. Most times I jumped in and began delegation and coordination while completing my individual team responsibilities. (There were three courses which dwindled to myself and another. During those times we worked together, sharing responsibilities). As per usual, approximately 40% of our grades were based upon the team deliverable. I graduated Magna Cum Laude, 3.87/4.0....

How would you describe your time at University of Missouri - St...?
I began a major in political science, but when I began a course based in philosophy, this became a minor. I studied a wide range of fields including microeconomics, Japanese and middle eastern philosophies, mathematics, psychology, communication, and microbiology.
