How would you describe your time at Shepherd Staffing, Wilmingt...?
After a 21 year run of "top producer" with a private recruiting firm I decided to start my own firm. From my previous employer I learned that ethics, integrity, and good faith in people are key factors in recruiting. I wanted to enter a new discipline and start a firm that specializes in engineering within medical device firms. I have branched out and now work on scientific, project management, and various sub speciaties within engineering. So far it has been a wonderful career choice. I am a homegrown control freak and now I can hand select each candidate for my clients....
