What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?

I would advise them to be realistic with salary and growth. They should watch their body language and mirror the interviewer.

After a 21 year run of "top producer" with a private recruiting firm I decided to start my own firm. From my previous employer I learned that ethics, integrity, and good faith in people are key factors in recruiting. I wanted to enter a new discipline and start a firm that specializes in engineering within medical device firms. I have branched out and now work on scientific, project management, and various sub speciaties within engineering. So far it has been a wonderful career choice.
