Myspace or Facebook (or neither)?
I use FaceBook on a professional level to make myself available for contact from classmates, co-workers, and prospective employers. It is open to the world, so it needs to be kept drama-free.The forum is useful for initial contacts, but social interactions or anything more in-depth than introductions and general updates is kept on a more personal level. I am always open to answering questions from individuals who would like more information....
