* Champion effort to support a strategic plan to outsource and migrate multiple call centers. Project involves leveraging relationships with key areas of the business and engineering a business model that involves: agent ramp planning, cost rate analysis per site, analysis of vendor's pricing proposals & pricing negotiations, and statistical projections of business metrics. Strategic scenario includes a 5 year projected cost / benefit analysis. Results: final vendor approval of a counter pricing offer and EVP's final approval to implement the selected plan.
* Design and build a Flash report that provides a overview of key business drivers to operations and product performance which includes variance analysis and statistical forecasting. Create and implement a Scorecard report to track and report performance of strategic plans. Both reports are used across various functions (Marketing, Finance, Sales, Product Management and Operations) for management and planning purposes.
* Forecast daily cash balances of WU settlement accounts at various points in time to support Treasury's permissible investment projections and liability analysis.
* Create Business Trend report that provides statistical analysis and graphing of internal and external variables (within the mortgage industry) which impact key performance indicators of product's revenue.
* Provide support to New Product Development with a Online Banking Payments service project which enables WU to expedite bill payments initiated by consumers from their bank's online banking site. Optimize biller industry database and streamline reporting process of Biller Coverage Reports for distribution to Sales.
* Conduct business process improvement on a daily critical control process, System Balancing. The process verifies all daily ACH transactions created were completely and accurately posted to customer, operational, and custodial accounts. Result: decrease processing time by 75% and lower the margin for error in the reconciliation process.
* Lead project to document our banking system's daily Batch Process (runs ~400 jobs and generates 300+ reporting functions.) Results: improved Operations & IT understanding of process flow, establish control charts on elapse job times & trans. volumes in order to identify control limits for processes that are critical to business continuity....

Senior Analyst for a international translation and localization service organization. Initially hired for restructuring of Accounting Dept. & financial system implementation. Reporting to CEO.
* Primary responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, ad-hoc reporting, group consolidation reporting, and project cost reporting (activity based).
* Manage staff of six accountants through departmental restructuring.
* Migrate division's finance function from parent headquarters (London, UK) to U.S. headquarters (San Francisco, CA). Migration involved maintaining and reconciling multiple financial systems running parallel processes and owning key liaison position to the London finance function which included overseas travel.
* Company Acquisition - Led the finance role in a transition team for a $1M business combination. The role involved a company introduction (on-site visit), establish cash control, transition payroll function, migrate accounting function, financial system integration & reconciliation and preliminary staff evaluation.
* Restructure & integrate dual Project Cost systems (Finance & Production) by partnering with Engineering department. Result led to accurate and efficient reporting that assisted Business Development to incorporate aggressive pricing for RFP's which in turn gave greater leverage against market competition.
* Create and implement automated processes such as uploading project billing (timesheets) and automated 1099 reporting function. Result: increase cost savings by eliminating one admin. data entry position of $30K a year and additional $9K for seasonal contractors for year end close.

Process involves working closely with the IS department while conducting QA and staff training. Result led to electronic documentation environment for finance & production departments which provided reliable and efficient communication across the organization.
* External Audits - coordinate the financial audit process by work closely with external audit team to provide accurate reconciliations & resolve issues under intense deadlines without interruption of the day to day finance tasks.
