Recommendations

I have tested transit control system software that Don has produced. I have very rarely found instances where his software did not perform as expected or did not meet the requirements. Don and I collaborated on an IBM PC based emulation of a IBM mainframe business system which was needed to provide a dynamic interface which would support testing our transit control system. The portion of the emulation that Don designed and wrote met expectations. I found Don to be reliable and dependable.
