As part of my senior capstone project for Healthcare Management at Harding University, I was a part of a team that helped develop an in-house Hospice program within the Beverly Nursing home in Searcy, AR. We worked to help design the facilities, create a mission and vision statement and a set of goals for the program to reach for.
