How would you describe your time at Western Washington University?

Western was great! I met a lot of wonderful people and had many great experiences. I was involved in the student chapter of SME (s125) where I was elected vice president my first year and then president my remaining four quarters.

I was also a member of the Human-Powered Submarine Team. We
competed at the International Submarine Race (ISR) located in Bethesda, MD in June 2007. We took 6th place overall (of out 27 subs) and 3rd place in our division with a speed of 4.775 knots.

Western was full of wonderful opportunities and the professors were all very knowledgeable and friendly.
