This was a temporary position with full time hours in which I was hired to help meet the challenges (educational, systems testing, customer service) of King County changing to an on-line format for all employees required annual enrollment for health benefits. The project involved implementing an online system capable of capturing those elections, as well a unique system of earned levels of health care benefits coverage. Job required: internet, customer service, presentations, MS (excel, Word, Power Point, Access) skills. Gained HR skills and PeopleSoft 8.9 relational database experience....
