How would you describe your time at T. Construction?
I spend most of my time here making in home sales presentations for various home improvement projects. Each presentation lasts about one hour so I average four to six stops per day. My sales sign up average has been just under forty percent. I enjoy my job here but the poor economy has softened our business to a point where I need to find a position that provides full time work all year long.
I am currently the company's anchor salesman with the highest sales totals.
I really enjoy interacting with the customers and have built up a loyal following during the past nine years....

How would you describe your time at self employed?
As a young entrepreneur, I started my own MAACO Auto Painting franchise business in Warren, Michigan. After a very successful and profitable first two years in business I opened a second location in Farmington, Michigan.
During this period I learned all the various aspects of managing small businesses. I obtained valuable experience in sales techniques, advertising and marketing, accounting, employee training and relations, and most of all, customer service.
These skills eventually propelled me into the buying, selling, and managing of thirteen businesses over a period of twenty five years....
