- Conducts analyses of all raw materials and finished products; assures accuracy and precision of all physico-chemical analysis, identifies sources of errors and make necessary correction to ensure accuracy of test results; reports and highlights non-conforming quality parameters from the analyzed samples and coordinates with operating unit to immediately correct the problem; ensures that corrective actions are adequately undertaken to correct the problem
- Supervises Quality Assurance Laboratory Assistants and delegates work intelligently with proper instruction to meet work objectives during his shift
- Conducts Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Audit to ensure conformance to product safety, integrity and quality standards; prepares and updates HACCP; audits and checks other quality control forms as the needs arise due to new process procedures...
