What was your best interview experience like?

With my now retired manager at Rockwell Collins. It was just like a normal conversation and I felt comfortable enough to show my manager how much of a geek I am.

Learned how to use UNIX & LINUX. Improved interpersonal skills especially when it came to dealing with electrical/computer engineering graduate and PhD international students who do not have a good command of the English language or a PC, or Windows, or Unix.
