How would you describe your time at Museo del Acero, horno3?
The Museo del Acero, horno3, is a one of a kind science and technology center. It is located inside "Parque Fundidora", in the restored structure of the first steel plant in Latin America: "Compania Fundidora de Fierro y Acero de Monterrey", whose production activities ended in 1986.
horno3 provides multiple interactive areas that enforce scientific and technological education, commemorating the history of steel and its industrial development, hence recreating the siderurgical process.
