What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?
While you are hunting for a paid job, get a volunteer job. This volunteer job must be in the area of your training or desired career path. The volunteer job does two things. 1) Gets you experience 2) Builds your network.
In the long run, the best jobs come from your network and are based on your experience....
