What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?

To try a job that they believe they will enjoy and stick with it for 5 years. Within this job/role, i would advise them to do every imaginable task/project etc. as a means to identifying where their strengths lie. From this "comprehensive 5 year boot-camp" experience they will then have the wherewithall to map out a career plan for themsevles, based on their unique strengths.... read more
