What kind of job are you looking for?

Greg Kirchoff is the Director of Microsoft's Global ISV and Strategic Alliances Group where he is responsible for managing worldwide relationships with Microsoft's largest and most influential partners. Greg is a founding member of this organization whose charter of platform adoption and revenue growth has remained the same since 1996. His team manages a portfolio of partners who represent market leading solutions in every major software segment and whose combined revenues for 2007 exceeded $40B. He assembled his diverse direct and extended team from external companies such as IBM, Adobe, Symantec, Oracle, SAP and Hitachi along with internal Microsoft Product Groups such as Windows Server, SQL, Office and Sharepoint.

Greg took a brief hiatus from his role within Microsoft to start up a software company. After securing financing for over $30M and a successful IPO, Citrix Systems acquired Sequoia Software for $185M.

Greg graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Political Science and Economics. He is active on several advisory boards, regularly speaks at local venture capital conferences and business planning sessions where he covers topics such as engaging Microsoft from a technical and business perspective, building and leading high performance teams, enterprise sales and channel development.
