How would you describe your time at Sage Software?
Managed the flow of all projects through the Marketing/Communication Department. Liaison between Creative Group, Account Management, Sales, Production, Legal and other personnel within the company and with outside vendors. Assigned jobs to writers, designers and external resources in a timely manner, enforcing schedules within the review/approval process and releasing final art and copy files to the production department or to outside vendors.
Assisted marketing and creative directors with revision, scheduling, and tracking processes for all projects.
Prepared timetables and managed production for three software launches (Peachtree 2005, TimeSlips 2005/06, Simply Accounting 2006/07) each including approximately 80-150 collateral items.
Managed external French translation services for Simply Accounting software launch 2006/07.
Coordinated online international product launch from initial concept to final production, handling all stages of the project.
Handled miscellaneous requests and organizational issues within the Marketing Communication Department, such as distributing weekly project lists and keeping an updated master calendar for the graphic design and content creation staffing needs, reflecting all job assignments and deadlines.
Assisted graphic designers in project productions as needed....
