Sarenza is an e-commerce company, French leader in shoes sales on Internet.

As a project manager I have been in charge of:
* The developments of Sarenza website (www.sarenza.com)
* The BackOffice developments for the logistic, customer service and marketing departments
* The dataflow specification and development for all Sarenza partners (Logistician, Kiala, Fianet, Bank)
* The interface with Sage environment for accounting department
* The change of logistician partner (dataflow definition and migration)
* The change of CDN supplier (from Akamai to Panther)

As the IT department manager from June 2006 to January 2007 I have been in charge of the recruitment and the relation with the IT partners:
* COLT (Hosting)
* Akamai and Panther (CDN)
* Cybage (developments)
* Netissime & Gandi (Registrars and Mail services)
* Dinexis & Axelis (Logisticians)
* Emailing solution, Maximiles (Marketing, Customer Loyalty)
