It's challenging and exciting. I am a pioneer, paving the way through my new life.

The job itself was amazing. I got to write and act and produce and direct online videos all day. I specialized in green screening and did all levels of production, from brainstorming to filming, editing and distribution

This was my own video/web production company. It was a very exciting time because of my involvement with up and coming internet companies during the first internet boom.

The challenge was in the technology not growing as fast as the dreams.

There was great growth and support here. I went from being a word processor to being the producer for all the training videos for the customer service department.

This was also the beginnings of the internet days, and I jumped onboard, creating the department's first intranet site by hand.
