How would you describe your time at Imaginuity Creative?
*Imaginuity has moved their offices to a new location in South Dallas located in the Historic South Side on Lamar building. I have acquired all City of Dallas master construction permits, zoning, and certificate of occupancy permits for the renovations made to the new space as well as designed the floor plan/layout of the new offices. I am in charge of hiring and managing all free-lance contractors that we have utilized to complete the construction, and I am in charge of fully furnishing and creating the appropriate look and feel for the office to maximize client appeal and employee productivity....

*Primary responsibilities include maintaining the relationship between potential clients and our advertising/creative/ media staff at Imaginuity. I am acting as the liaison between our future clients and our advertising team to fully procure and meet the needs of both parties involved. Also, I am applying custom incentive points for the potential clients in order to solidify a future working with Imaginuity above other interactive advertising agencies....

How would you describe your time at Global Vision Entertainment?
*I am in charge of the organization and management of the resources GVE possesses in a way that fulfills our signed contracts and projects. I manage these resources within the defined look/feel, quality, timeline and budget specified between GVE executives and the client. Primarily I am striving to maintain the progress and productive nature between all parties involved with any particular project. Most importantly I feel that I am a client representative and I have to determine and implement the exact needs of the client, based on the knowledge of our business relationship, contract, and realistic workloads of GVE employees. Client satisfaction upon completion and grasp of our progress during production is crucial to the project management process. I am available to answer any questions that the client or member of GVE may have, centralizing all information concerning the project at hand. If I am not aware of the answer to any questions that arise, I am responsible for finding this answer in a timely fashion, and then relaying the information to all parties involved.
