What's the toughest problem you've had to solve?

The toughest problem I solved was writing a converter from Constructive Solid Geometry to Boundary Representation in STEP at TechnaSales. The toughest thing about it aside from the technical challenges was to deliver a working solution within budget and schedule.
One thing I really enjoyed at
