I attended Training, Inc., a national network of local job training organizations. I also attended Indiana University and Purdue University in Indianapolis for two years where I studied Business Administration, Business Economics, and Public Policy. While attending Ivy Tech, I studied Business Administration. Some of my most marketable attributes include my organizational skills, my ability to work as part of a team, and my attention to detail. I possess the ability to learn various laws, rules, and regulations in a timely manner and I am willing to learn. I recently interned at the Marion County Recorder's Office, where I worked unsupervised on several projects. I have clerical office experience with Charles Schwab/Toussaint, where I provided verbal and written solutions and assisted customers via telephone, email, and fax. I also have customer service experience with Primerica Insurance Group, where I worked with new staff and consulted new clients regarding insurance policies in a call center environment. In all of my previous positions, I have had to communicate orally and in writing, perform office duties, such as mailings, filing, and data entry.
