Raiffeisen-Leasing International (RLI), the Holding company of the Raiffeisen Leasing CEE Network, is running leasing companies in four countries of the Balkan region as follows:

Serbia: Raiffeisen Leasing d.o.o. (RLRS)/Raiffeisen Rent d.o.o.(RRRS)
Bosnia &
Herzegovina: Raiffeisen Leasing d.o.o. (RLBH)
Slovenia: Raiffeisen Leasing d.o.o. (RLSI) and
Croatia: Raiffeisen Leasing d.o.o. (RLHR)

Due to close-by geographical position and due to the fact that all four leasing companies are operating the same core leasing software, RLRS, RLHR, RLBH and RLSI have been clustered as REGION 1
General activities/tasks conducted by "Service Center", REGION 1:

o Obliged to visit each leasing network unit within REGION 1 in person at least once per quarter or more frequently if requested by local Mgmt. of the respected Network Leasing Unit.
o Acting as central point of contact for RLHR, RLBH, RLSI, RLRS affected RI departments, RLI and Vendors
o Supporting, coordinating and managing (as a program manager) evaluation & implementation/upgrade projects related to Core Leasing Application and group programs listed in the project portfolio overview
o Implementation and maintenance of region wide Issue/Change management.
o Resource planning
o Cost control and cost allocation under the terms of the Service Level Agreements

Scope of activity:
o Independently manages the IT department
o Co-ordinates tasks and duties in the department (5 employees)
Functions and tasks:
o Keeps up-to-date records of company's technical equipment and controls all documentation (specifications, delivery lists, invoices, guarantee
lists, manuals, addresses of manufacturers, etc.)
o Keeps records on each machine, listing proper maintenance procedures and dates of maintenance and repairs
o Supervises and delegates assignments to staff in the following areas: repairs and/or troubleshooting PCs, installation of LAN applications and network software on PCs, troubleshooting PC software application problems, providing support for LAN and user, installation of Internet and TCP/IP based software at client workstations.
o Provides systems administration for company infrastructure servers
o Maintains and troubleshooting network servers with minimal direction
o Performs preventive maintenance on company servers, system monitoring, tuning, and system security
o Quickly identifying, documenting and solving problems;
o Diagnoses company's technical equipment operating problems and makes required repairs; contact third parties in case of need
o Keeps track of information in new technologies, understanding needs of company and recommend improvements based on user needs and technology advances; makes recommendations concerning machine replacement or modifications to lower maintenance costs and/or improve capabilities
o Documents the network configuration and prepares back up plans and procedures; Implements back up plans according to the suggestions of disciplinarian
o Gives technical support by the phone to partners (dealers)
o Coordinates and adjusts information system safety requests between company and Raiffeisen bank a.d. Belgrade.
o Contacts with third parties by all the technical demands/requests
o Collects offers, suggests and performs purchase of company's technical equipment
o Coordinates with application software developers (third parties), giving technical support for their access to system in case problems occur according to the company standards, which refers to security and data protection. Analyzes reviews and recommends program revisions to increase operating efficiency.
o Provides technical conditions for users education on test database for purpose of keeping actual (valid) data
o Administrates and supervises system for building security and fire defense; co- ordinates with support team
o Perform corrections of data in existent system - early termination, cancellation and accounting termination of the contracts
o Perform transfer of data from one module in the system to the other by daily routine
o Provides technical support and implementation for all new business activities, marketing campaigns, new system procedures, changing of the law
