I currently fill the roles of Business and Technical analyst as a consultant at Merck. Specifically I am part of a senior analyst team delivering the largest Customer Data Integration [CDI] system in the pharmaceutical industry.

IBM was chosen as the prime integrator for the Defense Logistics Agency subsistence system modernization. DLA aims at implementing a Common Food Mgt System [CFMS] to modernize Inventory, Menu Planning, Ordering, Meal Production, and Point of Sale processes. The system design is service-oriented to maximize the centralized data's quality. My role as Sr. BPR analyst included designing streamlined functional processes to support an enterprise system that consolidates 5 antiquated military subsistence systems. How would you describe your time at LMI Government Consulting?

LMI hired me to fill an Executive Agent role in the Navy eBusiness Operations and DoD Rapid Aquisition Incentive Net-Centricity programs. The next 2+ years of experience included leading multiple project teams to develop technologies supporting cost saving measures by the Navy/DoD. I was responsible for pilot project management, creating project metrics, tracking funding, and leading kickoff, demo, and wrap-up meetings as an Executive Agent . Pilot specific deliverables include pilot charters, detailed project plans, business-case analysis, and status reporting to military Senior Leadership.

Overall- this is one of the best and truly rewarding experiences I have had to date. LMI is a world-class research organization with some of the USA's brightest military and federal minds.

I was hired as part of a specialty analyst team to deliver MSA's ERP system, IFS. We successfully delivered 2 software releases including the first IFS 2001 platform in North America. My SLC responsibilities included the Financial, Distribution [Lead], and Service Management modules.
