How would you describe your time at Spencer Gifts?

My greatest accomplishments came from Spencer Gifts. This is where my true growth begin. After being promoted to store manager after being there 9 months, I went uphill from there. 1 yr later I was a training manager. 2 yrs following I was promoted to Area Manager. As an Area Manager I was responsible for a base store and overseeing anywhere from 3-4 other stores at any giving time. Each of these stores had to run like my very own.
