The ideal work environment is where I am part of a team that goal is to grow the companies revenue and are given the space to accomplish that end without being micromanaged every few minutes. One that I'm held accountable for doing my job and one where I'm rewarded when the team surpasses it goals ahead of schedule and under budget....
