Challenging and rewarding ... Created four to five graduate-level courses, working on these in parallel; While Capella provided multiple resources and direction for development, these, for the most part, ate up the precioius time needed to meet deadlines. The most enjoyable aspect of working at Capella, was my experience working with academic professors....

How would you describe your time at Karta Technology?
Assisted staff of this elearning company with front-end analysis, content development, and high-level design. Worked remotely (100%) which did not necessarily lend itself to this first essential phase of the process. On the other hand, Karta has well-defined processes and resources for design and development....
Business Analyst / Writer
How would you describe your time at Wells Fargo?
Two or more projects at Wells Fargo Mortgage (one+year) and one short-term project at Wells Fargo Bank (above time inaccurate). Performed instructional design work on mortgage-side, finding management standards to be fairly-high. Worked as business analyst on bank side, summarizing work-to-date on new performance metric system (dropped at end of 2005). More chaotic than mortgage-side, but still interacted with many smart, hard-working people....
