How would you describe your dream job in 10 words or less?

<10 words - My job is perfect.

>10 words - I live in my home state, but I travel to work in in various different countries, using various languages on a daily basis. My boss is appreciative and supportive and has just as much ambition for me as I do so he pushes hard and I am rewarded. I have the best staff any boss could want, people who put their heart into every part of their job. I help people and my company EVERY DAY. I smile all the way to work, at work, and on my way home. I have excellent work life balance, managing my work and travel schedule myself- but I wouldn't miss anything important on either end. I have a job that other people dream about.... read more

HR Generalist for a plant of about 550 employees. 7 days into the job the new HR Manager quit. I wanted to be considered, but obviously I was just hired for the Generalist position so they thought I might be too green. I was the sole HR person for 6 months, handling all areas of HR. Human Resouce Management Emphasis provided a great deal of structural background to HR, Spanish language immersion in Cuernavaca, Mexico (twice) gave me complete Spanish Fluency, Excellent leadership experience in Phi Delta Theta prepared me to be a good manager and team player
