Director of Human Resources
-- Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including but not limited to Staffing, Training, Scheduling, all Disciplinary Matters, Career Development, and Health and Safety for all employees.
-- Conducted extensive recruiting campaigns as the sole recruiter
accountable for filling 50 positions including supervisory, sales, and production staff.

-- Responsible for all reporting and evaluation of reports to continually seek areas for improvement in sales, collections, all expenditures, and efficiencies in operations.
-- Responsible for maintaining all documentation regarding customer service, refunds, and consumer complaints in an organized manner for inspection by any entities that monitors telemarketing operations such as the Better Business Bureau, State Attorney General's office for consumer affairs, and the Federal Trade Commission.
-- Responsible for fully investigating and resolving all customer complaints to achieve 100% customer satisfaction without exception.

Selected Accomplishments:
-- Increased Sales 25% from January to June which results in an additional $94,397.94 in revenue per month
