Analyzed leading national and global brands??? websites to identify problem areas. Provided recommendations to decrease site abandonment and streamline the user experience, drawing on behavioral data, benchmarks, and usability and industry best practices. Analysis was performed on large sets of behavioral tracking data (100K ??? 10M+ unique sessions). Wrote custom SQL queries, and created HTML and Photoshop mockups. Converted a flat Excel file for benchmarks data into a user-friendly Access database which automatically pulled new data from SQL Server, reducing the work required by analysts. Developed weekly ???pulse??? reports and monthly scorecards for program
management group directors to evaluate the effectiveness of a new distribution method for a flagship software product. Conducted requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders and determine key program metrics.

Scorecard Lead (Microsoft)
Created customized reports and executive-level dashboards using the Siebel Analytics web front-end. The reports were utilized by support teams to identify response requirements, and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of global support processes. Conducted design reviews and used an iterative design process to meet business requirements and deliver in a short time period.

Combined numerous work streams??? Project plans into a consolidated Master Program Plan. Worked closely with work stream leads to ensure that project plans remained in sync and cross-project dependencies were maintained. Coordinated with PMs from Accenture, Microsoft, and third-party vendors. Built out and managed internal and client-facing SharePoint team sites.

Data Lead (Starbucks)
Collected worldwide spend data information and merged the disparate data sources into a common data schema for analysis. Created a SQL Server database to hold the more than 35 million records. Able to provide previously unobtainable global spend data to the client.

Project Analyst (Microsoft)
Documented telecom infrastructure for one of the world???s largest call center organizations. Utilized VBA to add functionality and improve usability in Visio drawings of complex circuit and infrastructure systems.
