How would you describe your time at Kaiser Permanente?

Primary Internet Developer for the Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Medical Center's websites, both Intranet (Internal) and Public sites. Responsible for the creation and support of all website code utilizing the TeamSite Content Management System. Senior coordinator and liaison for the delivery of all internal/external department requirements. Furnished task identification, work effort estimates and production schedules for new development and on-going maintenance routines. Evaluated website code and content to ensure overall quality and accuracy. Ensured that website designs attracted attention, held audience interest, communicated effectively and presented a professional, quality image of Kaiser Permanente implementing corporate identity standards. Acted as liaison to the Information Technology department, outside vendors, ISPs and professional consultants. Developed Flash slideshows for multimedia use.

-Developed, implemented and maintained both Public and Intranet (Internal) web sites and web applications for Kaiser Permanente business users, utilizing Dreamweaver CS 3, Photoshop CS3, and TeamSite.
-Responsible for the information architecture, usability analysis, interface design, content management and development of graphical elements for both web sites.

How would you describe your time at International AIDS Vaccine ...?

Responsible for the daily production and content management of all aspects of IAVI's websites, web strategies and on-line initiatives. Ensured the clarity, purposefulness and brand consistency of the web publishing process which resulted in the steady development, production, distribution and E-marketing of content for the organization's websites. Interacted and partnered with all departments to develop effective online communications for the organization.
Web presence included, but was not limited to, the IAVI public web site and IAVI Report Online, which hosts the electronic version of two print publications, IAVI Report and VAX, both focused on international AIDS vaccine research and associated disciplines. Performed day-to-day design, development, maintenance and enhancement of all IAVI websites. Served as primary web graphics and design developer, with a strong emphasis on interactive design elements.

-Led the development and execution of a global Web communications strategic plan of action.
-Conceived and implemented short-term and long-range design and development web projects with internal staff and vendors.
-Worked with the director of publications and the editor of IAVI Report to define project goals, scope, budgets, timelines and required resources.
-Develop branded design elements (graphics, layout, etc.) for web projects.
-Reviewed web analysis programs and developed and implemented recommendations based on findings regarding content management and e-marketing strategies.
-Created project specifications and flow diagrams based on user requirements for development projects.
-Provided technical leadership to content experts throughout the organization.
-Forged partnerships with other organizations to expand IAVI???s online presence.
-Conceived of and implemented online communications activities for IAVI other than the website and intranet, consistent with the online strategy.

How would you describe your time at GenTek?

Primary Internet Applications Programmer for all of GenTek's Corporate websites, both Intranets and External sites, for three separate Divisions within the company: Performance Products (Chemicals), GT Technologies (Electronics and Wire Harnesses) and Telecommunications. Created numerous Internet Applications utilizing HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript and the Java-based ColdFusion programming language. These applications queried Microsoft Transact SQL and MySQL Databases. Wrote ColdFusion programs to create XML files for data transference.
