As a Business Manager for the Non-Traditional Student Organization, my roles varied on a day-to-day basis. Overall, I was in charge of managing the organization's finances and related communications, attending weekly meetings, and either maintaining or improving the available technology.

How would you describe your time at University of New Hampshire...?
As the executive business manager for an umbrella organization, I managed the business managers of the sub-groups or acted as the group's BM if one wasn't active. Each of the six sub-groups had specific financial needs, which would be consulted and resolved on a daily basis. In addition, there were weekly meetings in addition to group meetings that I would attend....

How would you describe your time at University of New Hampshire...?
I loved this job for two specific reasons: the first is that I was able to work with technology; the second reason is because it gave me the ability to help people. At Academic Technology, I aided in providing technical support for software and networking issues. I was promoted in July 2007 and received training on a much larger range of topics beyond software and network troubleshooting. Additional IT training included account management, active directory, and VPN setup....

I feel that my time was well spent at the University of New Hampshire. I've had a job since my freshman year and maintained my grades. In addition, I was a business manager to two student organizations, which allowed me to expand the skills I've acquired from academics and part-time school jobs even further....
