As a Business Manager for the Non-Traditional Student Organization, my roles varied on a day-to-day basis. Overall, I was in charge of managing the organization's finances and related communications, attending weekly meetings, and either maintaining or improving the available technology.

I loved this job for two specific reasons: the first is that I was able to work with technology; the second reason is because it gave me the ability to help people. At Academic Technology, I aided in providing technical support for software and networking issues. I was promoted in July 2007 and received training on a much larger range of topics beyond software and network troubleshooting.
