What was the last really difficult interview question you were asked? How did you respond?
I was talking to the president and I was asked , How I would set up a rental equipment division for our regional company? I had to answer it by not answering it. Because one VP there wanted my ideas and was willing to try it without me. I said it was a system and a series of forms. And I would show them all of this when I was hired....
