2008 - Present
- Supervised business service agents throughout the Tri-State Area,
providing training and development as well as creating tools and
procedures for technicians and sales people to utilize.
- Accelerated the growth of Best Buy for Business through
leadership and communication. Actively participated in many
corporate tests and initiatives, receiving accolades from many
corporate leaders.
- Improved hourly contract sales by creating a SharePoint site for
tracking account activity.
- Designed and implemented dozens of server networks and
successfully migrated many environments to newer technologies, i.e.
SBS Server 2000 to SBS Server 2003 and Exchange 2003 to Exchange
2007.
Deputy Field Marshal ~ August 2007 - August 2008
- Managed a team of 100 field technicians servicing 15 Best Buy
stores and thousands of customers.
- Took ownership of all service issues and actively communicated
with Best Buy employees and customers to reduce issues and
facilitate solutions.
- Developed a collaborative management program to improve support
provided to field technicians, Best Buy store employees and
customers which was recognized by company leaders as an integral
component to the success of the new operating model.
- Created and implemented a remote workforce shrink plan, raising
awareness to potential and actual losses of inventory, tools, and
company assets.

- Pioneered the creation of Best Buy's outside business sales model.
- Streamlined processes and was a catalyst for change and growth.
