What's your ideal work environment?

I prefer a collaborative environment with some autonomy. I like an atmosphere where I can help people wherever I think can and where people will help me as needed -- a cooperative atmosphere with no politics or "attitude" whatsoever, where I never have to apologize for doing my job.
