Software Development Manager
How would you describe your time at Amazon.com?
I've worked my way up from customer service representative to software development manager. Along the way, I've done all sorts of fun jobs, from organizing a team of 25 customer service reps to act as de facto software testers for an application being developed in-house to recording announcements for the phone systems (yeah, I'm the "for quality and training purposes, your call may be monitored or recorded" guy).
Most of my experience is in project and program management. I've worked with both technical and operations groups, and I specialize in jobs with international scope, particularly in developing offshore operations....
