How would you describe your time at Sallie Mae Servicing?

I started out as a temporary employee (phone agent) in the loan originations department.
I posted for, and received, a permanent job in Skip Tracing, Claims Aversion.
Once I was an expert at skip tracing, I posted for my job as a Real Time Analyst, in the Workforce Management Department. Currently, I maintain phone splits, and manage real time adherence of phone agents in five different states.... read more
