Oversaw all day-to-day management functions including strategic planning, finance, budgeting, fundraising, marketing, communications, safety, facilities, and human resources management.
* Upon stepping into role, faced unexpected need to relocate to a new facility and restructure all associated business processes. Met challenge head-on and established school in new location with minimal disruption and the loss of just one business day.
* Led growth of revenues from $400K to $600K within first two years.
* Hired, trained, and provided daily supervision to a staff of three direct reports as well as up to 15 additional contractors and large numbers of volunteers.
* Responsible for the design, coordination, and execution of the school's annual auction - grew revenues from $30,000 to $66,000 in one year.

critical grand opening events in June 2003, including a community-wide open house and a black-tie gala for 2000 participants.
* Standardized data management system/processes in GiftMaker Pro database and with Finance Department.
* Designed and worked with a consultant to build a highly specialized relational database in MS Access to track donor prospects throughout the entire cultivation process, including the capture of detailed variables such as contact information, target gift amounts, past giving history, invitations extended, and their attendance record at cultivation events.
