* Strategic HR business partner to the IT, Corporate and Retail Banking division Senior Leadership

* At present, employee base of consists of approximately 450 employees in multiple locations

* Responsible for all day to day HR Services, including staffing initiatives, employee relations
issues and investigations, creation, interpretation and communication of policy & procedure, performance management, organizational development and planning/guiding change management

* Successfully resolves employee relations issues, including disciplinary action, coaching, counseling, internal investigations, terminations, disciplinary actions and documentation
