How would you describe your time at Old Navy?

With this company, I learned the other side of retail that I had not experienced with Target. I scanned merchandise off the truck in the mornings and learned how merchandise is placed throughout the store. I also learned about backstocking, markdowns, and working with the visual merchandiser.

How would you describe your time at Target?

I learned a lot about the retail world in my 3 years at this company. I was trained in several areas of the store and gained valuable customer service skills. Teamwork is an asset in this type of environment and professionalism is also gained.

I gained management and organizational skills while working here. I provided child care to children ages 2 months-12 years, as well as assisted the Coordinator with day to day tasks, as well as taking over the responsibilities while she was on vacation.
