How would you describe your time at Centenary College of Louisiana?
I was given the job at a younger age than most of those who came before me. Therefore I had two years to make my mark on the publication rather than the usual one. I implemented a new individual photo taking process that saved the yearbook budget thousands of dollars. I took my staff to two national conferences. I added color to a previously black and white publication. I increased the staff size while cutting payroll expenses. I enjoyed every minute I was there....

I had the opportunity to hone numerous skills during my time as a student worker. I worked closely with students. I helped make the transition from hard transcripts to elecronic transcripts. I answered phones, typed and used office machines. I helped proctor standardized tests.

My tenure at Centenary not only led me to my degree, but also taught me more about the person I am. I learned to multi-task, prioritize, balance my work and personal life and my strengths as well as my weaknesses.
