How would you describe your time at Sparrow Health System?

I worked in two departments while employed with Sparrow, in the Laboratory and the Psychiatric Unit. I worked in the laboratory as a Client Service Representive, Outreach Clerk and Phlebotomist. In the Psyciatric Unit I worked as a Health Unit Coordinator and cross trained as a Psych Tech.

I was referred to as "The Counter Girl". I assisted customers in person and over the phone. I quoted projects and completed bindery. I processed and completed multi-photo copied projects and delivered completed projects to customers.

I learned that it is not always glamorous to be involved in management. Many times it is necessary to "be the bad guy". I learned a great deal about ethics and moral. I learned that I want to be a leader, not just a manager.

I learned an unbeliveable about while completing my bachelor degree. I was able to attend college full time and work full time. I was able complete my practicum expierence at Child Abuse Prevention Services and Ronald McDonald house.
