How would you describe your time at Brilliant Logistics Company...?

Duties: Support to the Logistics departments, general administrative duties. Check all contract and law file???s particulars and see if everything is all right, and do the short summaries about different files let boss easy to see and do the financial statement to accountant easy to understand. And use email and phone to contact with foreigners and customers, to process all shipment, freight, coordinate and to negotiate different project.
??? E.g.: Do the translate and assistant of the transport Supervisor in the Cirque Du Soleil's site, check all container number and seal number, according to the foreigners' arrangement, to contact the truck, forklift, crane come on time, and let all container unload and case up for transport. Tell worker how to put up the tent and how to use the equipment.

To support the President and his daily routines, manage office routines, travel and support sales and marketing including customer contacts.
E.g.: for the Chinese representative, do the translator and assistant in the Cirque Du Soleil???s site, let Chinese and Foreigner easy communication. (Took down the minutes, do the sales report to the foreigner, spot dispatch with Chinese)... read more
