My ideal work environment is intense, yet laid back. Fun, yet productive. An environment where you can always learn or pick something up, yet at the same time you are fully aware of what is supposed to be accomplished and there is always someone to help you out along the way. I like working in a supportive, hands on environment; where the managers are just as much apart of the daily routine as anyone else. A "team work based" environment is also important to me, where an emphasis is placed on everyone doing their part to make the whole operation a success....
