What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?

Don't be afraid to take risks. My first job out of grad school was customer service at Amazon. At the time, it was meant to be temp work while I looked for a "real job." I ended up there for over 8 years and learned more than I could ever have anticipated or imagined.
