How would you describe your time at creditmax?
My current responsibility is to build the analytics department. As a seller of product for third parties one service that we must offer to enable our team to sell is a proper valuation of product for sale. In a volatile and mostly downward market, like the industry has been in for about a year, sellers must be appropriately educated on the market value of their product.
Models, reports, processes, and IT tools must be developed in order to automate the majority of the work in the department. The fast paced work and significant amounts of money involved make for very high pressure situations in which accuracy is an absolute need. The ability to plan the long term and follow through on those plans will determine the success of the newly created department and will influence the growth of the company....

How would you describe your time at hanover college?
Hanover was a good education facility. The small campus and close knit society there helped with the learning process. My senior year, the largest class I took had fewer than 10 students.
Being a varsity football player, Public Relation Officer of the International Club and a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity took a lot of time, but it was very valuable....

How would you describe your time at dalsimer floral?
I started here when I was 15. I walked in off of the street to ask them what they did.
My work duties early on were focused inside of the flower shop, mostly cleaning behind the deigners and helping them do their jobs. Over time I began to work in event production - I helped load, empty and clean the trucks and overtime I began to go to the events to help set up. Eventually I was able to set up events on my own with a small team of people.
After college ended I returned to Dalsimer to work in the front office during the weeks, and stayed in event production during the weekends. Front office work started as basic administrative help and eventually moved toward coordinating events from inception, handling communications between the sales team and the clients, basic IT needs and making sure things ran smooth in general.
Even to this day I attend the company holiday party and when the owner is in significant need, I will deliver flowers on Valentine's Day & Mother's Day....
