Recommendations

I highly recommend Jim for his loyalty, honesty, and work ethic. He gets the job done no matter the time of day or how much it might be a personal inconvenience. I worked under Jim as he ran our crew schedules, then, for the last year, became his boss as I took a position of management in the Chief Pilot's office. Position isn't of importance to Jim, but getting the job done creatively and effectively is. I would work with Jim again at any time. He is a pleasure to be around.

I have known Jim Pritchard for several years. Throughout my association with Jim, he has been honest, diligent and reliable in discharging his part of transactions we have had in the past. I appreciate Jim's work ethic, sense of duty and character as a professional.
