I worked under Jim as he ran our crew schedules, then, for the last year, became his boss as I took a position of management in the Chief Pilot's office. Position isn't of importance to Jim, but getting the job done creatively and effectively is. I would work with Jim again at any time. He is a pleasure to be around.
