Entity Manager Application is the next generation of the Annual report e-filing and BusinessEnityFiling .This is a .NET web application that enables users to maintain all the Entity information in a centralized location. Application will generate alerts for all the entities belonging to a customer based on the due dates for filing that are specific to the jurisdictions across USA. Also supports maintaining entities information and filing from different applications like hCue and Arrow. Compliance Calendar Batch calculates the due dates for the new entities and the also updates whenever there is a change in the due date in the state filing.

??? Created sequence diagrams, class diagrams and deployment diagrams using MS Visio.
